Tinvention S.r.l. strongly encourages its stakeholders to report any improper, unfair or potentially illegal activity – being it potential, highly likely or already committed - as well as behaviours which may cause dammage or prejudice, even reputational, to Tinvention S.r.l. To this end, Tinvention has implemented specific rules and a whistleblowing process to provide potential whistleblower with secure channels, guaranteeing confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report, and their protection from possible retribution. Tinvention S.r.l. has provided an external digital platform, managed by a dedicated third party, in order to guarantee effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and to provide a wide and indiscriminate access to anybody who would like to make a report. You can reach the platform on www.tinvention.net. Despite anonymous reports are covered in the policy, Tinvention encourages whistleblowers to prefer identified reports, in order to make investigations simpler and more effective.
Whistleblowing process is organized as follows:
Reports differing from those mentioned above shall not be treated, in particular those referring to commercial requests and claims. In case of unfounded reports, or made with deceit or severe negligence, Tinvention S.r.l. has the right to act in defence of its interests or of damaged subjects.
Whistleblowing reports can be also sent via email to whistleblowing@tinvention.net or via regular mail to: Tinvention S.r.l., 93, Via Giovanni Pacini, 20131 Milan, Italy. When those who make a report through the above-mentioned channels require a meeting, the supervisory board shall be available to collect and register such report.
